Use of user data

LuzDeLua.com, from now on, the site, does not gather public or private date of their visitors, except those which, on their own free will, the user introduces in any of the contact forms.

In the case of data entered in forms, which are restricted to name, phone (optional) and e-mail address, they aren't stored in any file or database in the site, as those forms are just a simpler way to send e-mails to the site. The data and information provided by the user are not use for any purpose except the one indicated on the form itself, and under no circumstances are they shared with third parties.

In the specific case of e-mail addresses, those aren't used for any other purpose than to reply to the messages, doubts or requests made by users, and, especifically, are never use for marketing purposes.

In this sense, when using any of the contact forms, the user accepts to receive response messages to the requests or doubts present in the message sent, be it by phone or e-mail. Under no circumstance will the data be used for other communications, be them advertising or of any other kind.

Policy acceptance

Acceptance of this policy is a required condition for the use of any of the forms present on the site, and implies the authorisation to use the sent data in the terms specified by this document, in accordance to the articles 6 and 9 of GDPR. Likewise, the user authorises the international transfer of the data due to the physical location of the hosting servers of the site.

Use and registration of navigation data

With the purpose of improving the knowledge about the site use, optimise its design and determine how users navigate through it, the site may collect anonymised data related to navigation, which under no circumstance contain data that may identify the user. In any case, collection of this data may be avoided disabling analytic cookies in cookie settings.
